Flans with asparagus

This is the time, we take this opportunity and on declining revenue!

3 oeufs6 asparagus vertes45g cheese rape150g St Moret 1 c. c. cumin rase1 c. c. ciboulettesel, pepper

I Bake 15-20 minutes the asparagus and drain them.


In the mixer, I break the eggs, I add the St Moret, asparagus cheese (keeping 3 heads for the deco), Swiss cheese, chives, cumin, salt and pepper.


I mix all and pour into buttered ramekins.


30 40 min at 180 °.
