Sables diamant a la chocola Sablés diamant au chocolat

Recipe: For more or less 20 sands.

-Powdered sugar: 75g
-Flour: 150 g
-Butter: 100 g
-Egg yolk: 1
-2 tablespoon of cocoa powder

Preparation:

-Mix the sugar, flour and cocoa powder.
-Incorporate the butter at room temperature and cut into pieces.
-Knead until completely absorbed by butter. Add the egg yolk. The dough should be smooth and homogeneous.
-Train 1 flange with the resulting dough and wrap them in food film.
-Put the cost at least 1 h.
-Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
-Roll the bead of dough in the caster sugar then cut in slices about 5 mm.
-Place on a plate lined with parchment paper and Bake 10 to 12 min.
-Let cool on a rack.
